Terms of purchase

The seller
Tickets are sold by Budilica d.o.o., OIB 78247996875 (the seller). Registered office: Meraška ulica 6, 10000, Zagreb. Further details about the seller are in the legal notice.
These terms apply to every purchase on this site. With each purchase we record the version of the terms you accepted (currently: 2026-10-nacrt).
What you are buying
You are buying tickets for one date of a performance at one institution (a kindergarten, school or other institution where the performance is staged). A ticket is valid only for that date and that institution.
Tickets are bought per child: one ticket for one child. In one purchase you can buy at most as many tickets as the performance page states (usually 10).
How to buy
- Open the QR code or link you received from the kindergarten or school, or find the date in the schedule of performances.
- Choose the number of children. The performance page shows the total at once, with any quantity discount; Stripe's payment page shows the same amount before you confirm the payment.
- Enter your email address twice (we send the ticket and invoice to it) and accept these terms.
- Pay on Stripe Checkout's page by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
The contract is concluded when the payment succeeds. After paying you see a confirmation page with the purchase code (e.g. K-7F3Q9M); write it down or keep the email.
Prices
All prices are in euros (EUR) and final; there are no extra booking charges.
Tax note: The price is final; VAT is not charged. The tax note is on the invoice. Nije u sustavu PDVa. (code Nije u sustavu PDVa.)
With every ticket price we also state the price on the reference day the law sets for comparison, with its date (for example “Price on 10 September 2026: €10.00”). If the price has been reduced, we also state the lowest price in the 30 days before the reduction.
We also publish the price list of every show as a CSV file: cjenik.csv. It changes by itself as soon as a new price takes effect.
A quantity discount (for example for the second and every further child in the same purchase) is applied automatically, is included in the total on the performance page and on Stripe's payment page and is shown on the invoice. The discount does not require any personal data.
Ticket and invoice
After payment we send the fiscalised invoice as a PDF to your email address; it is also your ticket (the ticket-invoice). The document is always in Croatian and usually arrives within a few minutes.
If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact us with your purchase code: we will send it again, to a corrected address if need be.
Sales deadline and number of seats
Sales for a date run until the sales deadline stated on the performance page; unless stated otherwise, that is 10 minutes after the performance starts. If the number of seats is limited, sales close when the seats are taken.
While you pay, we hold the seats you chose for at most 45 minutes. If you do not complete the payment, the seats are released.
We always honour a payment that Stripe confirms, even if it arrives after the sales deadline or after all seats have been taken: the ticket is then valid.
Postponement
If a performance is postponed, the tickets you bought are valid for the new date, which we will let you know about. The invoice does not change; it keeps the original date.
If the new date does not suit you, please contact us before it; we consider each refund request individually.
Cancellation and refunds
If the seller cancels a date, we refund the amount paid in full.
We refund money only to the card (or Apple Pay or Google Pay) used for payment, through Stripe. There are no cash refunds.
When only some of the tickets from one purchase are refunded, we charge the remaining tickets as if they had been bought on their own and refund the difference from the amount paid. Example: with a ticket price of €10 and a discount of 20% for the second child and 40% for the third, three tickets cost €24. If one ticket is refunded, the two remaining tickets cost €18, so we refund €6. If another one is refunded, the remaining ticket costs €10, so we refund a further €8; in total €14 has been refunded.
For every refund we issue a cancellation or a credit note for the invoice and send you an email confirming the refund.
How long a refund takes and how it is paid: payment and refunds.
Withdrawal from the contract
The consumer's right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days does not apply to services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date of performance (Consumer Protection Act). Buying a ticket for a specific date of a performance is such a service.
