Payment and refunds

How you pay

• By card, on Stripe Checkout's page.
• With Apple Pay or Google Pay, if your device offers them.

Prices are in euros (EUR) and final. Tax note: The price is final; VAT is not charged. The tax note is on the invoice. Nije u sustavu PDVa. (code Nije u sustavu PDVa.)

We also publish the price list of every show as a CSV file: cjenik.csv. It changes by itself as soon as a new price takes effect.

You enter your card details on Stripe's page; they never reach this site or us.

After payment, the fiscalised invoice (ticket-invoice) arrives by email as a PDF.

Refunds

• We refund money only to the card used for payment, through Stripe; there are no cash refunds.
• A cancelled date is refunded in full.
• When only some of the tickets are refunded, we charge the remaining tickets as if they had been bought on their own and refund the difference.
• The money usually reaches your card account within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
• For every refund we send an email confirming it, with the cancellation or credit note for the invoice.
